Hey you! I'm so excited to team up with you on something that's going to be genuinely useful for the heart-led creators in our audiences.
The Aligned AI Summit is about using AI to simplify your business, boost your income and save your energy, while staying true to your values (and without sounding like a robot or selling your soul).
On this page you'll find everything meant to make your life as an affiliate as easy as possible. If you run into a question I haven't answered, email me at team@ruthpoundwhite.com.
Open what you need. Skip what you don't.
You earn 40% of all sales from traffic you refer. If you're a speaker who contributed a premium resource to the bundle — something you normally charge for, rather than a freebie you give away elsewhere — that goes up to 50%.
Commission is paid on the AI Power Pack, not on free registrations. Use your affiliate link, which you can create or look up by logging in to your affiliate account. And as with any affiliate promotion, please disclose that you're an affiliate when you share.
you earn 40% of whichever they pay
| Straight after registering | $49 |
| Early bird (to 11.59pm PT, 8 Sep) | $99 |
| Full price | $149 |
Through the promo period, the summit itself, and for two days afterwards, we promote the AI Power Pack. It gives ongoing access to the replays, a private podcast feed, custom GPTs, and the bundle of resources speakers have contributed.
That's the thing that earns you commission, so it's worth knowing what it includes before you start.
Everybody can earn prizes for promoting, no matter how many referrals you send to the summit. See the table below for how you can earn leaderboard points.
Every promo you log is also one raffle ticket. At the end of the summit, 2 affiliates will be drawn at random for the raffle. And yes, one person can win in more than one category!
Email, story, reel, podcast, a DM to one person. It all counts.
Pick the type, add a link, submit. Fifteen seconds.
They land the second you submit. Nobody approves anything.
Lots of chances, whatever the size of your list.
and every row earns a raffle ticket too
| Solo email to your list | 40 |
| Podcast, blog, training or livestream | 25 |
| Newsletter mention or P.S. | 20 |
| Reel or short-form video | 10 |
| Social media feed post | 5 |
| Post in your own community (Skool, Facebook, Circle) | 5 |
| Story set (3+ frames with link) | 3 |
| Personal invite or DM | 3 |
| Something else (tell me in the notes) | 3 |
Takes about fifteen seconds, promise.
Logged something a few days ago and forgot? Add it now and just set the date it actually went out.
Haven't got your affiliate link yet?
Two separate boards, two separate ways to win.
This one's ranked on the promos you log. Your Total Submitted Promotions number is also how many raffle tickets you've got.
Everyone's shown by first name and an initial, because this page gets passed around. Give the board a couple of seconds to load.
Anyone who registers for a free ticket through your affiliate link shows up here. This board runs completely separately from the points board.

Can't find your affiliate link? Log in here, or reply to any email and I'll resend it.
Affiliates join the boards once they've logged their first promo. Your referrals are counted from the moment people start clicking your link either way, so nothing is lost while you get round to it. Speakers are on from the start.
Written for you, so you're not staring at a blank page.
You're very welcome to write your own copy instead, and to run your own ads if that's your thing. The swipe copy is there to save you time, not to box you in.
That was a lot to take in. Here's what actually needs doing.
everything else is below
And a couple I'd have asked myself.
Yes please. I know it's an extra step, and fifteen seconds still feels like fifteen seconds when you're tired. But every one you log is another raffle ticket, so a story set that's only worth 3 points is still a whole extra entry in the draw.
Nope. Your points land the second you hit submit. I do read through everything afterwards, but that's mostly me being nosy about what you've all been up to, and it never holds you up.
A link wherever there is one: the post, the episode, the public archive of your email. A screenshot is fine for stories. And if there's honestly no link at all (a DM, a private community), just say so in the notes and I'll take your word for it.
Of course. Log it now and set the date to when it actually went out. Nothing's lost.
Not on the leaderboard, no. The window is 24 August to 8 September, and anything dated outside it sits at zero so nobody gets a head start. It does still count towards your speaker promo agreement though, so log it anyway.
This page gets passed around, and full surnames on a public page felt like a lot. You'll spot your own row easily enough.
There really is, and it's the whole reason the raffle exists. Points reward effort rather than list size, and the raffle is one ticket per promo however big your audience. Some of the best promo I've ever had came from people who sent a handful of personal messages to exactly the right humans.
One solo email to your list, plus two other promos of your choosing. Log them here as you go and your agreement's covered. No separate form to fill in.
One thing to know: temporary promos don't count towards your contract. Instagram stories and anything else that disappears after 24 hours won't tick off one of your two extras, because there's nothing left to point at afterwards. They do earn points and raffle tickets on the board above, though, so log them anyway as extras if you want to.
If we've agreed something different with you, you'll know about it.
On promo points, whoever got to that score first takes the higher place. Which is a decent reason not to leave it all until the 8th.
On registrations, it goes to whoever's referrals spent the most.
Affiliates appear once they've logged their first promo. Your referrals are still being counted in the background from the moment people start clicking your link, so nothing is lost. Log one promo and you'll appear with your referral total already there.
The prizes work the same way: you need at least one logged promo to be in the running, on either board.
Live on day four of the summit, 11 September. The boards freeze on 8 September, the last day of the promo window.
