NewPlan your Black Friday sale with me ↓Most AI memberships hand you feature dumps and "10 prompts you must try," which is just more overwhelm. You don't need that.
You need one real process from a real business like yours, streamlined start to finish, in your actual context. That's the whole thing the Lab does differently.
"After watching just 15 minutes of her 'how I'm using AI' video and taking a quick peek at her Skool community, I dropped an AI group membership I'd been in for a year+ and signed up for her Lab immediately after. Ruth's doing more interesting stuff with AI, and she has a far livelier community."
"The Claude Business Brain workshop helped me finally make sense of how to use Claude in an intentional way that produces much better results than I've ever gotten on my own."
I've been running an online business since 2008. I'm a coach, an author, a podcast host. I'm also a neurodivergent introvert with chronic fatigue and a body that doesn't always cooperate. Some weeks I have a lot to give. Some weeks I have almost nothing.
For years that meant my business only moved when I did. If my energy dropped, everything dropped with it. The content, the launches, the follow-up, all of it waiting on me to have a good day.
Then I started building AI tools that actually knew my brand. Not generic AI. Tools that write the way I write, hold my values, know my audience, and handle the things I'd otherwise let slip. The difference wasn't technical skill. It was knowing, from 15+ years of doing this, exactly what to feed in: the positioning, the voice, the strategy, the judgement calls.
"I'm not an AI expert. I'm a business expert. That's exactly what makes these AI workflows useful, not generic."
I built a sale on low-ticket products recently and it made $5K. The sales pages, the emails, the checkouts all came together in a fraction of the time it used to take, because Claude already knew my brand.
Here's the thing: AI is only as good as what you put into it. The strategy, the positioning, the judgement about what actually matters. I'm not an AI expert. I'm an online business and marketing expert, and that's exactly what makes these AI workflows useful, not generic. You're not learning from someone who knows all the AI theory. You're getting the workflows that actually work in a business like yours, built and tested in mine first.
AI stopped being one more thing to learn. It's the thing that runs my business on the weeks I'm running on empty, and lets me reach more people on the weeks I'm not.
"I definitely was avoiding AI since it came out... these trainings helped me look at using AI as a tool that can actually help me and save me time.
Knowing how to train them so they actually sound like you is great because I've always felt like the outputs clearly sounded AI generated!"
A monthly membership where I document how I'm using AI for my marketing, my content, my offers & more. One real process from a real business, start to finish.
So you free up capacity to do more of the work that actually matters: making more money, reaching more people, doing the work that only you can do.
Each month I take a real business task off my plate using AI, live. You get the full process, the prompts, the skills, the workflow. Implementation is built in. You leave with the workflow ready to use.
Hosted on Skool, where you ask the messy questions, share what you're building, and get unstuck fast.
The skills and tutorials that help you work with AI: thinking tools, setup guides and the workflows behind each build-along. Included in your membership. Already inside:
More added as I build them.
Three round table discussions on AI for capacity, sales & marketing, and AI-powered offers. Pre-recorded, featuring 14+ guest experts sharing how they're really using AI in their businesses.
Every build-along is recorded, so you can join live or watch later.
"Building a sales page used to take me hours. Now it's fast, and it's easy... Every session was recorded, and if you couldn't be there live there were step-by-step written instructions for everything. So there was no way to fall behind. And Ruth is a brilliant teacher. She explains things in a way that sticks."
Recorded 14 October · watch any time
For Black Friday 2025 I set my sale up semi-manually in Airtable, and it took me ages and ages. In August 2026 I worked out how to get AI to do the setup for me. Both made five figures, and the second took a fraction of the time & energy.
Now it's your turn. Bring the things you'd like to put on sale, and the recording walks you through deciding which day each one goes on offer. Claude writes your emails & sales pages in your voice as you go, and you finish knowing exactly what goes out each day.
Three recorded sessions that teach Claude your voice, your offers & how you sell. Do it first and everything you make in the Lab comes out sounding like you.

Your Claude Business Brain
Same prompt both times. The only thing that changed is what it knows about you.
Hi there,
I hope this email finds you well! I'm thrilled to announce a comprehensive new programme designed to empower course creators to leverage AI and take their business to the next level.
Hey Sarah,
I asked Claude for this email twice last week and rewrote the whole thing myself both times. Which rather defeats the point of asking.
So I fixed it properly, over three afternoons in August.

Build Your First AI Team Member
My Saturday member update used to take me over an hour, every single week. And I'd still send out the wrong Zoom link, or an Eastern time that was an hour out because I'd moved the call and never updated it anywhere. Now my Weekly Member Update team member drafts it & I read it over before it goes.

The Sales Copy Sharpener
My AI knew my voice inside out and still handed me boring feature lists like "you get weekly updates & a members' area." Which is true, and which nobody in the history of the world has bought anything because of. So I wrote down the rules I use on my own copy.
Needs a real result or your customers' actual words? It asks you. It never invents proof.
"You made my switch from ChatGPT to Claude a reality after months of wanting to get that handled. I've been able to do more substantial training of Claude in a matter of hours than I managed with ChatGPT in months. Thank you!"
Happier in ChatGPT or Gemini? That's fine too. I teach everything in Claude because it's what I use, but the thinking carries straight across, and the interactive tools and skills are AI-agnostic. You won't be left out.
Start your free 7-day trial and the community, any live sessions running that week, and one full build-along — the three-part Claude Business Brain — open up straight away, which is more than enough to see whether it's for you. The rest of the build-along library, plus all the downloadable skills and tools, unlock after your first payment. Once you're in, your rate stays locked for as long as you stay.
"In the past years, I have found it more challenging to stay up to date with technology. I was afraid that my brain would be too slow to get it. Ruth's AI Lab is the perfect answer to my goals and limitations. Everything is broken down to digestible lessons."

"LOVED making this. So easy once I'd decided the copy and done my brand visuals! Thanks superstar Ruth. You make this so easy!"
I'm a 6-figure copywriter turned business coach and mentor to heart-led, driven online business owners, course creators and coaches. Author of the book Quietly Ambitious, and host of the Quietly Ambitious podcast.
After years of running my business through fatigue, brain fog and mental health, I built my own team of AI tools to keep it moving on the weeks I can't, and to free up real capacity to reach more people the rest of the time. The Aligned AI Lab is where I show you the same thing, in real time, in a real business that looks a bit like yours.
Online business owner since 2008. I'm deliberately not a tech expert. That's the point: I bring the business and the voice, and the AI takes it from there.
PS. I'm also a massive introvert, feminist, and 90s-music fan. I live in the South East of England, with my husband Chris and my son Rowan.
Yes, and the more unusual your business, the more it's worth doing. The first thing we build in the Lab is your AI's understanding of your business: your voice, your offers, and the way your particular people decide to buy. Until someone tells it, AI has nothing to say about curated travel itineraries or cooking classes for people with food intolerances that couldn't have been written about anyone.
Members here run travel businesses, accessible learning services, coaching practices and course businesses of every shape. What they have in common is wanting the marketing off their plate, not a shared niche. It doesn't matter what you sell: if you market online, this will help you.
One thing the Lab won't do is help you decide what to sell. It'll train AI to help you build freebies, test ideas and put things out to see what lands, but it doesn't cover offer strategy or starting a business from scratch.
No. If you're brand new, that's fine, you don't need to be technical or "good with AI", just know your own business and voice and I'll show you the rest.
"Ruth's approach is thoughtful, mindful and clear. She has a great energy and doesn't make you feel like you're behind, when a lot of AI focused businesses really make me feel that way." Aligned AI Lab member
"Ruth demystifies using Claude AI for supporting our business. The lessons are bite size and step by step. I love that Ruth provides us with prompts to copy paste in our Claude." Isabelle Naud
This is where it gets good. Most people using AI are still getting generic output because they're using generic prompts. The Lab isn't "how to use ChatGPT", it's the actual workflows for the things you do: writing a sales page that sounds like you, turning one idea into a launch's worth of emails, building an opt-in or freebie page without the tech spiral, drafting the reply to the awkward client email, creating an interactive tool you'd normally need a developer for. Real processes from a real offer-creator business, not theory you've already outgrown. If you already use AI, you'll feel the difference fastest, because you already know how flat the generic version feels.
Yes. When you build pages, freebies or interactive tools in Claude you get an HTML file, and HTML is the thing every website platform already speaks, so it's a paste job rather than a migration.
Nothing gets replaced and nothing breaks. You're adding a page, not rebuilding your site. And if "HTML file" made you tense up, don't worry, I'm not techie either. I've been running this business since 2008 and I still don't write code: I stick to my voice, my strategy and directing Claude what to do, which I'll teach you too.
Claude is what I use and demo everything in — it's my preferred system, and the Lab is built around it. The Business Brain and most of the Vault tools are built around Claude.
That said, you're not locked in. The real value is the thinking: the strategy, the positioning, and the way I train AI to actually sound like you. That carries across to ChatGPT, Gemini or whatever you already use, and many of the tools also work as Custom GPTs. If you're choosing fresh, I'd point you at Claude. If you're already a ChatGPT or Gemini person, you won't be left out.
"I got to build my first full-fledged email skill in ChatGPT, connected to my Google Drive bank of past emails, and it's been working well to speed up time from a stream of consciousness draft to final email." Nikhi Joshi
The Vault is included with your membership. It's the skills and tutorials that help you work with AI: thinking tools, setup guides, and the workflows behind each build-along. It's there so you can build your own things.
The Bot Shop is separate. It's where I sell finished skills that each do one specific job, like writing your welcome sequence, planning your launch, or building your sales page. You buy those individually, and Lab members get a standing discount on all of them.
Short version: the Vault is for building your own tools, the Bot Shop is for buying mine ready to go. You don't need the Bot Shop to get everything out of the Lab.
Honestly, same. I hear you on the writing - it's important to me too. The Lab isn't just about using AI for content. It's about systems that take specific marketing tasks off your plate: building pages, creating interactive tools, designing your visual brand, mapping out your own processes. Writing comes in some months (especially the Business Brain, where you train your AI to sound like you), but it's not the whole point. And even when AI does help me write, I often use it for ideas and outlines rather than the final words. The voice that's yours stays yours.
Every build-along is recorded, so you can join live or watch later, with the full replay walking you through the build. The Vault is there whenever you need it. There's no shame about falling behind, because there's nothing to fall behind on. The Lab is built for fluctuating energy and full calendars. That's not a workaround, it's the design.
"Every session was recorded, and if you couldn't be there live there were step-by-step written instructions for everything. So there was no way to fall behind." Marita Brännvall
You can, and most people do. 85% of marketers learn AI by experimenting on their own, according to Social Media Examiner's 2026 AI report. The catch is what happens next: 86% say AI saves them time, but only 30% can point to results they can actually measure.
That's the gap the Lab is built for. Each month we take one real job off your plate, start to finish, so you can see what it saved you: the hours, the emails that actually went out, the sale that got built.
For my Hand It to Claude guide, I asked 19 online business owners which marketing job they'd handed to Claude. 15 of them now spend under an hour a week on something that used to take hours, and three are now doing jobs they'd given up on completely. My own flash sales went from 5+ hours of work to an afternoon, and I've made well over $20K from offers I'd never have created without my Claude setup.
You don't need more time spent on AI. You need it to pay off.
You can start on a free account if money's tight. But if you can swing it, a paid plan is worth it, and here's why.
Everything that makes AI sound like you needs room to work. A paid Claude plan gives you roughly five times the usage, plus unlimited projects, so each part of your business can have its own space that already knows the context.
Then weigh what it costs against what it saves. For most business owners, if it takes even an hour of marketing work off your plate each month, it's paid for itself. That's why most people who use AI seriously pay for it: 85% of marketers now do, according to Social Media Examiner's 2026 AI report.
If a paid plan isn't possible right now, I get it! Plan to work in chunks when you hit the limits. It just means a slower pace, but it's not a blocker.
One live build-along a month, 60 to 90 minutes, recorded so you can watch whenever. There's also a bonus three-part build-along, Your Claude Business Brain, recorded and waiting inside for whenever you want it. Everything else is yours to dip into when you have capacity. There's no homework and nothing to fall behind on. The Lab is built for people who don't have spare time, so I keep the commitment small on purpose.
Because AI is changing too fast for a one-off course to keep up. The tools, the models, the best workflows shift every few months. A course bought today is half-outdated by next quarter. The Lab is built as a living membership so the workflows you get stay current with what AI can actually do, in real businesses, right now.
Try the Lab free for 7 days. Your trial opens up the community, the three-part Claude Business Brain build-along to dive into, and any live session that runs while you're in. That's more than a week's worth on its own. The rest of the build-along library, plus all the downloadable skills and tools, unlock once your paid membership starts. If it's not for you, cancel in Skool before your trial ends and you won't be billed. If you stay, your monthly rate is locked in for as long as you're a member.
Yes. There's no minimum term and no lock-in. You can cancel any time inside Skool, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged at all.
Yes. You can join monthly at $33/month, or save by paying annually at $259/year. Whichever you choose, the rate you join at stays locked for as long as you stay.
Yes, but only for the Annual tier. The main Annual checkout doesn't accept PayPal, so I've set up a separate PayPal-friendly checkout. Use this link instead: Annual via PayPal. Same price, same access. Monthly is only available via the standard Skool checkout.
Prices are shown in USD and exclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax. Skool handles tax collection at checkout as merchant of record. UK customers aren't charged VAT (Skool is VAT-exempt in the UK as a virtual training business). EU consumers are charged their country's VAT rate. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID can enter it at checkout for reverse-charge (no VAT added). Customers in other regions may see local sales tax depending on Skool's tax obligations there. Prefer PayPal? You can pay annually via PayPal here (no VAT).
Email me at team@ruthpoundwhite.com and I'll get back to you.
That's the whole reason the Lab exists. You don't hand over your entire business to AI. You hand over the parts that drain you. And I'll show you how to do that in your voice.
