Running for 4 days from September 7–10, 2026, the 2nd Aligned AI Summit is for heart-led online offer creators ready to use AI in a way that actually fits the way they work, the way they sell, and the way they want their business to feel.

What the summit is all about

It feels like everyone's talking about AI right now - loudly! So many online offer creators want to use more AI in their business, but the conversation has moved on faster than most of us have been able to keep up with.

That's why I'm bringing the Aligned AI Summit back. Not to push AI for the sake of doing more, but to show what's possible when you use it on your own terms to replace actual work in your business.

Over four days, this summit will feature 30+ creators sharing real workflows, real businesses, and honest behind-the-scenes shares of what's working for them now.

And no, you don't have to be an AI expert to speak at this event. You just need an inspiring story, real workflow, or strategy to share.

Meet your host, Ruth Poundwhite

Ruth Poundwhite

Hi, I'm Ruth, a business coach, author of Quietly Ambitious, and host of the Soulful Sales Show podcast. This will be my 7th summit, so I know what I'm doing.

I'm also neurodivergent, a massive introvert, and someone who has been running an online business through fatigue and fluctuating capacity since 2008. AI is how I keep things moving on the weeks I can't, with tools built on my brand, my voice & my values.

I'm not a tech person and I never set out to become one. I brought 15+ years of business and marketing knowledge to AI, and that's what makes these workflows useful rather than generic.

I also think a lot about what it means for AI to feel genuinely human, not as a box to tick, but because I think that's what makes it work for you and for the people you serve. That's the conversation this summit is built around.

The Aligned AI Summit is back for its second year. The first was my biggest summit ever, bringing in 2,250+ attendees, and I'm excited to build on that.

Speaker requirements

Topic ideas & tips

We're looking for AI topics that will appeal to our audience of heart-led online offer creators, especially in ways that make AI feel human and supportive. Please make sure your topic is specifically related to AI for online offer creators (not general business advice).

Generally topics will fall into a few categories:

(1) Real AI workflows for your business, for example:

  • AI in your email marketing, launches, content or evergreen sales
  • How AI can support soulful funnels and behind-the-scenes sales
  • Anything that grows or runs your business and protects your energy, from bigger picture strategy to specific automations and workflows

(2) Capacity, mindset and support, for example:

  • Rituals to support with business fears and anxieties around AI
  • Setting AI boundaries and using it in alignment with your values
  • Workflows that allow AI to support you to rest or do the work for you while your business keeps moving

(3) Offers, opportunity and unique ideas, for example:

  • Positioning or pricing your offers in an AI-saturated market
  • New offers or formats AI has made possible that didn't exist before
  • Unexpected use cases (like bots, skills or workflows you've created)
  • Behind-the-scenes shares: what shifted when you brought AI into the mix?
  • Any delightfully weird AI hack that made your business lighter, more supportive of you, or more profitable!

Not sure whether your idea fits? Be brave and try it! You have nothing to lose, and we're really keen to have a diverse range of speakers and topics.

A few important notes

  • My number 1 criteria for choosing speakers is the idea, before I look at anything else about you, so be brave and apply!
  • Your topic should speak specifically to heart-led online offer creators. It's ok if it could also apply to different audiences, but please make it clear how it applies to online offer creators specifically.
  • We're especially looking for presentations that show real AI workflows and practical implementation: what you're actually doing in your business, not just what's possible in theory.
  • We're much more likely to accept specific topics or unique ideas rather than something vague like "how to use AI in your business."
  • We're much more likely to accept fuller descriptions of what the session will include vs just a title and one or two points.
  • If you use AI for your application, please personalise your response and be careful of AI titles that can be cheesy or vague. 

What if I'm not a techie or AI expert?
Totally fine. We're looking for honest human stories, creative experiments, and thoughtful perspectives, not perfection.

Can I submit more than one idea?
Yes, if you can't choose. It's helpful if you can list them on the same form, but if you have to submit again don't worry.

Is it ok if I serve a different audience than the summit audience?
Yes, totally fine. But your topic should speak specifically to online offer creators. Please make it clear how the topic applies to them.

Can I record an interview with you instead of a presentation?
We are only accepting pre-recorded presentation submissions. If there's a specific reason that makes this difficult, please let me know.

Do I have to be active or "live" during the summit?
We run a Skool community where live engagement is highly encouraged. Most presentations are pre-recorded, but sponsors have the option to go live.

I'm late: can you extend the deadline?
A huge amount of work goes into choosing speakers, so we can't extend the deadline after the form closes, sorry.

This is my first summit: will you help me if I'm chosen?
Yes, absolutely! I've supported many speakers through their first summit with advice on the topic and ways to maximise visibility. You're in good hands.
