How It All Works

I'm so excited to team up with you! On this page, you'll find all kinds of resources meant to make your life as a speaker as easy as possible. You can browse everyone's topics and connect in the speaker gallery (speakers only, please don't share the link). If you run into a question I didn't answer, email me at team@ruthpoundwhite.com

This will follow a similar format to other online summits:

While the summit is happening, speakers don't need to be available (because it's pre-recorded) but they can, if they wish, interact with attendees through the Skool community (I attract the best summit attendees!)

What I'll Need From You

Presentation Guidelines, Tips & Resources

A 15–20 minute pre-recorded presentation, more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. Attendees should walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they're missing a piece they need to buy. (We aren't strict on length, but shorter presentations are most likely to be watched through.)

Due by 3rd August: upload your video to Dropbox + submit your details via the form (not via email).

Full structure suggestions, formats and ideas are in the toggles below. Whatever format you choose, you're free to re-use your presentation however you like in future.

You have a choice of the following presentation formats:

  • Slides
  • No slides (just your beautiful face)
  • A mixture of the two
  • Screen shares are especially welcome for workflow walkthroughs!

(& we will create transcripts of all presentations)

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here's the suggested format:

  • A quick intro to you/your topic
  • An overview of your topic & what you're about to share
  • Main section: specific actionable steps, real workflows or teaching information* about your topic that is specifically linked to aligned AI for heart-led online offer creators (maybe it can be applied to other areas too, but please make the link clear)
  • (optional) Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
  • (optional) Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch** (preferably at the end but if it makes sense to include it elsewhere you can)

+ include questions for attendees to answer in the community/in their journal to increase engagement

*Main section tip: Since the presentations are short and sweet, remember that less can sometimes be more. It might be better, for example, to include 3 more detailed steps than 10 more vague ones. While we want the presentations to be juicy and useful in and of themselves, don't be afraid to leave some extras out (you could even link to a freebie that has more detail).

**Freebie pitch tip: I recommend either creating or using a pre-existing freebie that is linked to your presentation topic in some way, to maximise email sign ups. Then, if you have the time, add a low cost offer (otherwise known as a tripwire) to the thank you page to increase your chances of making money from the presentation right away.

Extra note on the freebie: you don't need to submit the freebie to us. Just give us a link to your opt-in page when you submit your presentation and that way you can collect all the email addresses of anyone who wants your freebie.

You don't have to use any of these, they're just here for ideas...

  • How does your topic link to aligned, human-first AI for online offer creators (directly or indirectly)?
  • What does the workflow actually look like behind the scenes in your business? (Real examples and screen shares are gold)
  • Where do people tend to go wrong or overcomplicate things when it comes to your topic?
  • What shifted in your business (or your energy) when you brought AI into the mix? What are some tangible results you've had or seen?
  • How can attendees make sure to actually use this information, and take what they've learned from you and deepen or integrate it in their own time?
